Federal leaders in an OPM-aligned leadership development workshop

Federal

Leadership development aligned with OPM's priorities.

Instructor-led workshops that reinforce OPM's Executive Core Qualifications and its new executive development programs, for GS-14 and GS-15 leaders, supervisors, and high-potential employees.

Why it matters

Practice that builds on OPM's programs

In late 2025, OPM introduced updated Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) and two new development programs: the self-paced Senior Executive Development Program (SEDP) and Leadership for an Efficient and Accountable Government (LEAG), an 80-hour program for high-potential GS-14 and GS-15 employees.

Our workshops give leaders a place to practice what those programs teach. Participants work through real scenarios from their own teams and programs and leave with tools and action plans they can use right away. Workshops can stand alone or be combined into a series, and every program is tailored to your agency's mission and priorities.
